Welcome to our Year 4 class page.

Here you will find useful information and resources to help you gain an understanding of your child's learning in Year 4 and how you may be able to support them at home.  There is a copy of the curriculum map that provides an overview of our curriculum across the year, and our weekly class timetable which will give an understanding of the day-to-day activities in Year 4. 

PE is every week on Tuesday. Please can you ensure that your child comes to school in their correct school PE uniform.

Your child should read at home at least five times each week and it would be helpful if you could record this in their reading record.  They should also be completing spelling sentences each week, to support their learning of new spelling words. In addition, regular times tables revision will help to keep their recall quick ahead of the statutory MTC in the summer term. Your continued support with this is invaluable and it is highly appreciated.
