16.04.20-St Georges Day stick puppets

Children really enjoyed making puppets in class last term. Simply cut out the pictures and stick a lolly pop stick on the back.

10.04.20-Lemon Easter Biscuits

 

The ingredients:
300g plain flour, plus extra for dusting
150g white caster sugar
150g slightly salted butter, chopped
1 large egg
2 tsp lemon extract
The method:
Add the flour and sugar together. Then add the butter and rub it together to make breadcrumbs. Beat the egg and lemon extract together then add to the mixture. Knead the dough together. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. But mixture in fridge. Roll and stamp your shapes. Put on a greased tin and put in oven for 12-15 mins. Let them cool and keep in an airtight container!
