I can know, retell and be able to write about the story of Jesus’ birth at Bethlehem

Can you sequence the events of Jesus' birth?

Discuss what happened in the story. What did King Herod ask them to do? What three gifts were brought to Jesus? Why do you think they choose those three gifts? How did they find the inn? What would they have seen when they arrived? How did they feel? What happened at the end?

Imagine you are one of the three wise men. You are going to write a postcard to either your friends or family in the east describing their journey to Bethlehem and the stable.
