30.3.20 Story Writing

Recently Reception children did a fabulous job generating and writing their own stories. It would be great if they could have a go at home and bring their stories to share when we return to school. Follow the simple steps to generate , plan and write a story. 

1. Use the story dice or story game board to generate ideas for your story e.g. characters and setting.

2. Create a story map using pictures and words to plan your story.

3. Write and illustrate your story.
