Day 7

Express yourself through Art and Craft!

Storytime for Kids The Paper Dolls by Julia Donaldson and illustrated by Rebecca Cobb read by LLL

The little girl in the story grew up to remember the time when she made paper dolls with her mum and how happy that made her.

Choose an activity to complete:

Activity 1:

Make some paper dolls to play with either by freehand or by using the template provided at the bottom of the page for you. Perhaps someone in your house could help you or make some with you?

Activity 2:

Think of your happiest memory. Let it fill you up! Close your eyes and think about: Who are you with? Where are you? What was the weather like? What could you taste, hear, see or smell?

Create a picture of your happiest memory using anything you have around the home. It could be paint, colours, recycling materials etc.
