OTHER NEWS AND SPORT
SCHOOL MEALS The price of a school dinner is £1.65; terrific quality and value, but free school meals are even better value, so if you think you might be entitled, telephone 01926 742543.
ART Have you seen our four-panel mural which brightens the building site hoardings near Rugby Library? The theme is a celebration of the variety of activities happily and successfully undertaken by children in the school and it's stunning!
RESIDENTIAL EDUCATIONAL VISITS to the Lake District 41 children from the present Years 5 and 6 have booked places for this October. There are still vacancies for present Year 4 children for April 2009. For application forms etc contact the school secretaries, but if you have questions contact Mr Floyd. To see photographs of children on previous visits do look at OUR SCHOOL WEB-SITE : www.st-maries.com
PHOTOGRAPHS REMINDER We assume that ALL children can be included in photographs for the school and other education or approved web-sites, or local newspapers etc. If you do NOT want your child to be photographed please inform the school secretaries, and the child will be excluded from class, team and other group photos, and when we are filming will sit at the back or side of the room to avoid being in pan shots.
