SUMMER UNIFORM
In the warmer months of May to October we encourage children to be smart and comfortable in summer uniform. For girls this is a light-blue and white gingham check dress with white socks and for boys grey or navy-blue short trousers with a white shirt and grey, navy or white socks. School short trousers are available in many shops, including our uniform stockist, Schoolwear Centre.
Girls also look neat in a navy-blue pleated skirt with a white blouse and white socks.
Traditional (closed-toe) sandals in navy, black or brown are fine. Otherwise black school shoes, but no trainers inside the school – please!
There is very little shade outside and when it is very hot we advise children to use what shade there is and to choose activities in which they can be cool. Parents will consider sun hats, sun-lotion etc
