OUR MISSION STATEMENT calls us to provide the highest standards of education and care while recognising the uniqueness of each child and enabling all to achieve God-given potential in all aspects of their humanity.
The school will:
- Support parents in the education and nurture of their children in the teaching of the Roman Catholic Church, and promote liaison between home, school and parish.
- Be a Christian community in which we develop the self-esteem of each individual in an atmosphere of mutual respect and consideration for all.
- Maintain the highest possible quality of teaching and learning, matched to the needs of individual pupils, in a broad curriculum that includes the statutory requirements of the National Curriculum.
- Appoint to the staff practising Catholics or those committed to the Catholic ethos of the school.
- Encourage a sense of vocation in the service of God and the community.
- Bring through education Gospel values to the wider community.
“And Jesus increased in wisdom, in stature
and in
favour with God and men.” (Luke 2 : 52)
