Worried about SATs?
If you are worrying about SATs, you are not alone! Many 11-year-olds show signs of stress before their SATs.
SATs worries can have a major effect and it is important that you, your family and your school work together to combat this.
Make sure your carer knows about your worries. There is often a lot of support in school, so ask your teacher if he or she can offer any addtional help.We encourage our students to talk to us about their worries so that we can help them.
Have a look at some passed exam questions. We have created a special Revision Zone for our students when they can have a go at passed questions as well as have fun playing games whilst learning. The BBC website is also a good site to visit.
Tips for getting ready for Sats Tests
- Make sure you get enough sleep.
- Make sure you eat breakfast.
- Ask your teacher if you are unsure about anything.
- SATs are a way of showing what they know.
- YOU CAN'T FAIL!
